Ramada Competition
A big thank you for your all your entries into our recent competition and a warm welcome to all our new friends of the PGA members!
We received some fantastic entries and are currently in the process of collating them all.
The winner of the weekend away and golf for two will be announced early next week.

Fiji Open

Kieren Muir was the best of the Kiwis at the Denarau GC hosted Fiji Open. Muir finished in second place behind runaway winner, local Sam Lee. 

Web.Com Tour

Nick Voke and Tim Wilkinson struggled to keep pace at a low scoring Rex Hospital Open. Both were under par through 2 rounds but didn’t make the weekend.

PGA Tour

The Memorial Tournament was also a 2 day affair for Danny Lee and Ryan Fox. 75, 72 for Fox and 77, 71 for Lee narrowly missing the cut.

Japan Tour

A tough week for the Kiwis around the world continued in Japan as Mike Hendry missed the cut by a shot at the Mizuno Open.

AbemaTV Tour

70, 70, 69 for Harry Bateman at the The Taiheiyo Club Challenge Tournament was good enough for a share of 22nd place at 4 under par. Bateman also sits in 22nd on the 2019 money list.

LPGA Tour

Lydia Ko didn’t bring her best to Charleston for the US Women’s Open. Rounds of 72,73,73,71 and a 5 over par total earned a piece of 39th place.

Coming Up

The Sheraton Classic is a popular mid winter break for Kiwi club pro’s and tour players alike. Played over 4 days in Fiji, 2 each at Denarau and Natadola courses, the event is a fun few days away with some solid competition thrown in for good measure. Josh Geary takes a week out from his European schedule to headline this years field.

China Golf Association Tour

Fraser Wilkin is the lone Kiwi in China this week for the Lushan Open.

PGA Tour

The PGA Tour heads north of the border this week for the Canadian Open. Danny Lee will be there, teeing it up at the Hamilton Golf & Country Club.

Liv Cheng is in South Bend Indiana for the Four Winds Invitational, the venue is the Blackthorn Golf Club.
