PGA Tour Australasia

It was a successful week for the Kiwi hopefuls at the Australasian Tour Qualifying School near Melbourne. All seven managed to finish inside the required mark of top 40, over 4 rounds at the Moonah Links Open Course.

James Anstiss led the way finishing in second place thanks to a strong last 2 days, and will be looking forward to his second year on tour. Amateurs Mark Hutson and Denzel Ieremia shared 9th place, while Campbell Rawson was a shot back in a tie for 11th. Hayden Beard, Chang Gi Lee and Kieren Muir all posted a solid final round score and Fraser MacLachlan hung on well to sneak in and get the job done. Look out for these names in 2019!

Asian Tour

Ben Campbell and Gareth Paddison both finished their season on a bit of a low note, missing the cut at the Indonesian Masters in Jakarta. Paddison didn’t manage to retain his card for next season and may be back to q school, but Campbell’s results earlier in the year set him up well for piece of the action in 2019.
