working in private practice in Auckland and Wellington.

- Hutt Physiotherapy, 1997-2000
- Miramar Physiotherapy, 2003-2011
She also has post-graduate qualifications in manipulative therapy and sports medicine. Tracey has always maintained the importance of a holistic approach, looking at the whole to
improve symptoms and function. She also emphasizes the importance of pre-habilitation, rather than rehabilitation. Postural dysfunction and muscle imbalances can lead to injury, and
prevent you from achieving your optimal swing. Musculoskeletal screening by a physiotherapist can help identify areas that need improvement.
She is a keen golfer herself, and this passion for golf and a desire to see people reach their full potential has extended into her practice as a physiotherapist. Tracey has been
involved in running golf specific fitness classes, as well as individual muscle balance assessment and treatment. Her knowledge of functional biomechanics combined with manual therapy
and individualised exercise prescription helps prevent injuries to keep people of all ages and ability playing their best golf for longer.
Tracey enjoys a close working relationship with Renee Fowler, the local teaching professional, and believes that a multidisciplinary approach is required for the best results.
